Ben’s condo at Turtle Bay was perfect for our family of 6. The bunk beds worked great to give each of our children (ages 20-12) a place to sleep comfortably. The in-unit washer and dryer were fantastic and helped us clean up after a day hiking or at the beach. We were thrilled to have AC to help us sleep comfortably each night. Ben and his team were quick to respond to our many questions and gave great recommendations of things to do and see. We loved exploring the north shore and its many beaches, restaurants, and experiences. 10/10 would do again!

Ben and Niki worked tirelessly throughout the booking and check in process! We had some weather/road conditions concerns and they immediately jumped into action and alleviated all of them. Check in was super easy, the condo is part of a townhouse set withing easy walking distance from the beach. Ben did an excellent job of being communicative, but also allowing privacy for my family. The furnishings are modern and complete without any clutter. They have a literal closet full of beach oriented stuff (incomplete list includes a beach-cart, boogie boards, fins, snorkeling, sand castle tools, chairs, and a pack n play) they made available. This was our first trip traveling with our infant and it was honestly stressful. But Ben and Niki executed their part in our vacation flawlessly and it made all the difference (especially the in unit washer and dryer!) Check out was easy. Trash out, towels in washer, returning keys, and we were out. If you are thinking of booking, highly reccomend!

Ben saved us last minute after we experienced an unfortunate lodging scam. It was available quickly, and Ben was super accommodating. Super clean and well stocked. We will be back!

Thank you for the lovely stay! We live on island, and headed North Shore for two of our children’s birthdays! The condo was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the pool, the bunk beds, the play space, and how close it was to the beach. I loved how quiet and safe it was, and how easy it was to walk to the resort every night for music, cocktails, and to meet up with all of our friends. Great stay. Mahalo. 🤙🏻

We had a fantastic stay! This home was clean, cozy, well maintained comfortable, well-equipped, and ideally located. After a day of skiing, the kids especially enjoyed the pool, jacuzzis, and clubhouse amenities, where they could play pool and other games. Everything meet our expectations and was exactly as described. Ben was a great host, kind, very helpful and responsive . I would highly recommend this home.

This was a great condo. We’ve stayed in a decent amount of rentals in ski resorts, and this was one of the best. Ben was very responsive and flexible. Our checkout date was Easter and there wasn’t a reservation for the following day, so Ben was very gracious in letting us check out a little later so my son could participate in the Easter activities in the morning the resort held. The location was perfect. A short walk away from the lifts. The condo was also in great shape. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week in Ben’s condo. There were 5 of us but with the cute and clever bunkbeds built in, everyone had space and we never felt crowded. The guide book Ben put together is a fantastic resource. We had a great time exploring all the local beaches. We will be back!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk to both the beach and the hotel, which made everything incredibly convenient. The home was clean and exactly as described, and communication was excellent with very fast responses whenever we reached out. We especially appreciated the loft, which feels much more like a true second bedroom since it has a door and can be fully closed off, unlike many of the other loft units in the Estates. Would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. It was a great spot for our North Shore stay on Oahu. Great information, worked well for a family of six and had lots of equipment to enjoy the area.

The condo was perfect. Very clean well kept. Ben has a list of recommendations which are extremely helpful. The beach is a short walk. My only issue which is nothing you can plan for. We were there during the Kona storm so the pool was closed and we had no power for almost 36 hours. The condo did not have flashlights or lanterns this was the only thing, I highly recommend Ben's place
